Yes, Maison Albion is furry-friendly on our grounds. How adorable would your mini schnauzer be as a flower girl? Although we welcome our four-legged friend outside, the mansion is for humans only.

Yes, yes, yes, and yes if you please! At Maison Albion, we welcome your ceremony your way.

You are welcome to bring any professional catering company or food truck to serve a fabulous meal at your wedding. Feeling hungry? Bring both! We will ensure they have the appropriate licensing and insurance for the big day. Bon Appetit!

And yes, we allow all vendors at our venue. We want your wedding to reflect your style perfectly.

The first step to booking is to visit Maison Albion in person or virtually. If we are a good fit, we would be excited to offer you a proposal for your preferred date. Once you’ve had a chance to review the contract and ask any questions, it’s easy to sign online and seal the deal with a small reservation fee. We offer zero-interest financing, so budgeting for your big day is a breeze. Our reservation fee is only $3,000, with monthly payments up to 60 days before your event.

Great question! At Maison Albion, we do not believe in hidden fees. We do not charge an administrative/service fee, tax on services, cake cutting, wine corkage, security guard charges, etc. Regarding surprises, we believe in hiding antique love notes all over the mansion ;)

Yes! Although you are welcome to reserve the night of your wedding overnight with us at the time of booking, you are welcome to add the night before your wedding if the date is still available six months before the big day!

There are so many! The Comfort Inn is only eight minutes from our front door, and they have 52 rooms! In addition, the beautiful boutique hotels in Medina are only 15 minutes away – Hart House Hotel and Bent Opera House. The newly remodeled Oak Orchard Inn had ten beautiful rooms only 10 minutes away too! In addition, check out these Airbnb options!

Maison Albion is ready to welcome eight guests in four bedrooms for a luxurious overnight stay and fabulous French breakfast! Additional accommodations are available in Glamping tents!

That’s up to you! It’s your Maison, so if you choose to use the dining room table as your dessert table, we will welcome guests into the mansion, as long as no additional guests are staying overnight. Otherwise, we will make sure wedding guests enjoy the ballroom and grounds only.

All events at Maison Albion have access to:
– 20- 72” Round Tables (Seats up to 12 people)
– 7 – 8’ Rectangular Banquet Tables (Seats 8-10 people)
– 5 – 48” Round Tables (Cake / Head Table / Sign-In, etc.)
– 8 – 30” Cocktail / Hi-Boy Tables (No seating)
– 200 Banquet Chairs, covers available upon request for additional fee
– 200 White Wood Folding Chairs
– 40 Parisian Style Bistro Chairs and 10 Bistro Tables

Included in our site fee is:

  • Freedom as to how to use the venue, choose your own vendors, and how you spend your day!
  • Our amazing team to set up, manage your day, and shut down your wedding day.
  • Ceremony chairs, reception chairs, and tables for 200 guests.
  • Ballroom patio furniture and seating for up to 50 guests and ballroom terrace furniture for 50 guests.
  • Entire use of our venue from 10am to 1am. Your event must be over by midnight or you will turn into a pumpkin ;)
  • If you choose to stay over at Maison Albion, you are welcome to have an after party until 2am for a smaller group.
  • Use of the most gorgeous mansion in Western New York for wedding prep – Bridal and Bridesmaids suites, Gentleman’s Lounge, Movie Theater, and game room.
  • Photos on the grounds of seven acres of English Country Garden, a spin in our rowboat for two, and a ceremony in any location you choose!
  • We will assist with vendor guidance, floor plan design, and day of management of your vendors.
  • Complimentary rehearsal at your ceremony space

Our Event Directors (aka Maison Besties) are your best friend during your planning process – here to assist with recommending vendors, managing logistics, timelines, and assisting you with a rock star floor plan. On wedding day, our event directors will check in with you and the wedding party, but their primary role is to make sure that Maison is sparkling, the vendors have everything they need as they arrive and set-up and your floor plan is executed to a T!

A planner is a fantastic investment, and we work hand with them! Planners execute a specific wedding vision, details, and design beyond the Event Directors capabilities. If someone spills wine on your dress? No problem! A planner is there to help. They have wedding vows printed, a snack for the flower girl, and copies of speeches ready to deliver to the best man and father of the bride. They pamper and present in an epic way, and we love to refer them!

Yes. We do require Mixologie, as we have found that Mixologie provides the level of service we expect at Maison Albion. Custom bar design, shopping lists, specialty cocktail tasting events, and no bar lines are all part of the Mixologie experience.

Access to Maison Albion is during your rental time – 10am to 1:00am on your event day. If you would like to drop off your décor before the wedding day, please contact your event director to arrange a drop off to our sales office. Please note we are not responsible for your personal items that are left at Maison Albion.

Vendor management is what we do best! The timeline of vendor set-up and shut down are managed by our team during your rental time, and confirmed with your vendors before wedding day to ensure a smooth day!

Unfortunately, we do have a few restrictions on décor in order to preserve Maison Albion. No Confetti, Glitter, Gel Balls or similar, Birdseed, or Throwing Rice are Allowed. No smoke or fog machines are permitted to be used inside the hall. No tape, pins, or thumbtacks of any kind are allowed on the walls and/or windows either inside or outside the complex without prior approval. No bounce houses or other inflatable devices are allowed on the premises.

No open flames (except sterno or contained chafing dish fuel or candles in votives) are allowed without prior approval. Generally, we do permit open flame that is contained in glass taller than a flame.

Here is our damage policy:
The client will be liable for all damage including theft and property damage caused by persons who attend, participate in or provide goods or services at the clients request in connection with the function. The Client will leave the facility in as good condition as when first occupied.

The client must produce Day-Of Event Insurance protecting the venue and add Maison Albion LLC as an additionally insured. This policy must protect Maison Albion LLC from damage created by guests of the client.

Yes, guests are welcome to smoke on the Ballroom Terrace or on the grounds away from the venue.

Although most catering companies prefer to cook offsite, and warm, prep, and plate onsite, we do allow cooking at Maison Albion outside of our building. We can assist with creating a kitchen outside under a tent. In addition, we do offer a warming kitchen inside of our Ballroom.

We do have a beautiful Baldwin player piano that plays itself – how neat is that? Other than our piano, sound equipment must be brought in. We can recommend great rental companies to fill this need!
